1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 92co ("92co," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 92co website at 92co.app and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, account management, payment processing, and promotional features.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet on 92co, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 92co.

92co reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 92co, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 92co enforces a strict 18+ policy. Minors are prohibited from registering or using any service on the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with 92co or subject to any cooling-off period you have voluntarily activated.
• Participation in online gaming is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 92co is lawful in your location. 92co provides no legal advice on this matter.
• You have not been excluded from 92co by any previous enforcement action for violation of these Terms.

92co reserves the right to carry out eligibility checks at any time and to close or suspend accounts that do not satisfy these requirements, including where a player has misrepresented their age, location, or identity.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on 92co at any time. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created on the same device, IP address, payment method, residential address, or household — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the player may be suspended and balances frozen pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. 92co will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify 92co support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 92co recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as a baseline security measure.

4. KYC & Verification

92co is required to verify the identity of players as a condition of operating its gaming services. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point in the player lifecycle.

Accepted identity documents for Pakistani players include:

• Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) — both sides required.
• Valid Pakistani Passport — bio data page.
• Proof of address — utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days, showing full name and residential address.
• Payment method proof — screenshot of registered JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet showing the registered mobile number.

All submitted documents are processed in accordance with the 92co Privacy Policy. KYC review typically completes within 24–48 hours of complete document submission. Accounts pending KYC may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

92co reserves the right to request additional documentation beyond the standard set where required for enhanced due diligence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 92co are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods and their minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed in the Cashier section of the platform.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• Bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.
• 92co reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa — same business day in most cases; bank transfers — up to 24 hours; crypto — subject to network confirmation times.

92co does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any such charges imposed by their payment provider.

6. Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on 92co is governed by these Terms and by the sport-specific rules published within each betting market. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence for the bet in question.

Key general betting rules applicable to all markets on 92co:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted only when confirmed by 92co's system and a bet reference number is issued. Unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• Palpable errors: 92co reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault or data feed error. Where a palpable error is identified, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. 92co reserves the right to apply individual account limits where appropriate.
• Ante-post and future bets: Ante-post bets stand subject to the stated rules. Withdrawals from ante-post bets before the event closes may not be available on all markets.
• Live betting: Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or cancelled at 92co's discretion where the integrity of the market cannot be assured — for example, following a major in-game event whose outcome is already publicly known.
• Abandonment and postponement: Where a sports event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules. In most cases, postponed cricket matches (including PSL fixtures) are settled void if not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time.

7. Casino Games

Casino games on 92co — including live dealer games, RNG table games, slots, and arcade titles — are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game operates according to its certified rules and published Return to Player (RTP) percentage. House edge figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

All slot and RNG titles on 92co use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) tested by independent laboratories. 92co does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined at the point of play and cannot be altered after the round concludes.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game or slot session, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the point of disconnection. Reconnecting to the session will display the outcome that was processed server-side. 92co is not liable for losses attributable to a player's internet connection failure.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers on 92co are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Players should read the individual offer terms before accepting any bonus. The following general rules apply to all 92co promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute differently towards wagering requirements (e.g., live casino games may contribute less than slots). Specific contributions are stated in individual offer terms.
• One bonus per player: Each player is eligible for each welcome or sign-up offer once. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: 92co monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering to meet requirements without genuine play intention. 92co reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse is identified.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 92co and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or using the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing errors, or system faults for financial gain. Such winnings are void and will not be paid.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes or game results.
• Money laundering or using 92co for any illegal financial activity.
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment reversal with a bank or payment provider without first contacting 92co support. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and result in immediate account closure.
• Providing false identity documents during KYC.
• Accessing 92co from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law while misrepresenting your location.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on 92co — including but not limited to the 92co brand name, logo, website design, game content, software, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the property of 92co or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any 92co content without prior written consent. Scraping, crawling, or data-mining 92co for commercial purposes is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92co shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from your participation in betting or casino games — all gambling involves the risk of financial loss.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or downtime outside 92co's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

92co's total liability to any individual player for any cause shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.

12. Responsible Gaming

92co is committed to responsible gaming. Players experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling are encouraged to use the tools available in account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits — cap the amount you can lose over a given period.

• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
